Power generators and power stations

During the war, we’ve witnessed how Russian attacks have targeted Ukrainian energy infrastructure, cutting off power to major parts of the country.

This also raises concerts for the coming winter, as we’ve already seen how difficult the previous winters have been for civilians in Ukraine.

With regular blackouts and mandated power cuts requiring every house to be disconnected from electricity more than 3 hours a day, in order to save and prioritize power, there is an urgent need for reliable backup power sources, and equipment such as power stations and generators are invaluable in these times.[1]

Without power, aid workers, healthcare staff and frontline defenders, may be unable to establish necessary communications during emergency situations.

As part of our campagin, we are therefore also fundraising for power stations and generator, as it is a relatively affordable type of equipment that has proven to be an enormous help, during periods of blackouts.
